The Code has been developed and endorsed by peak bodies responsible for representing owners and operators of Retirement Communities; the Property Council of Australia and Leading Age Services Australia (LASA).

The Code aims to set and maintain high standards in the marketing, selling and operation of retirement communities, including complaints and dispute management procedures. Voluntarily signing up to the Code confirms our commitment to setting standards that govern your experience, from signing the contract and moving in, to living at De Paul Manor Estate, to leaving our village and re-selling your residence.
